Living Room Update

I've been bugging Kyle about wanting to redo our living room for about 18 months now - and we finally got around to it! We're hoping to sell the house within the next year, so we're trying to get everything set for that so we're not rushing at the end.

I love our furniture in there, but it just looks so blah with our walls - so I picked out this dark grey to balance that out.

Overall I'm happy with how it looks, but I'm so ready to make it more homey!

We'll see how long that takes. :)

Kitchen Update

We FINALLY painted (only 5 months after the rest of the kitchen was done!) and had the light fixtures updated. Like I've said a million times, I'm not a photographer. It's not my thing. Forgive my pictures.

We didn't realize how dark the paint was in there originally. 

So dark. (Also, I really like Honey Nut Cheerios. And we need a new microwave.)

A better idea of what color it is.

I put those together myself. It doesn't matter that they came in a box - I'm still proud!

TA-DA! I think we're going to paint the baseboards, but I'm not 100% convinced yet... It just sounds like a lot of work.
